A bit of fiddling about with a big picture as I am looking
at improving the way I use the internet, blog, facebook, twitter and so on.
You may find the picture of this map coming up as a comment
on my own post etc, but as it’s one of the star local maps I guess people won’t
mind that much.
I have put the map up as one image on my own website, here
is the image address http://michaelsbookshop.com/blogpicts3/9ac32c40.jpg
although what happens if you click on it will depend on how your computer is
set up.
It’s here as an image file of about 1 MB
Also as an image on my blog which should expand when clicked
on I think the biggest you can get it on blogger is about an eight the size.
and next trying putting the image on the blog in a different way so it should get bigger when you click on it.
Obviously if you find the map on the internet you will want
to read the names of the streets, so all in all this is a bit of an experiment.
Edited post or post again type of kidney.
For the dedicated followers of the my bookshop
and with the proviso that it’s Thursday tomorrow here is the link to the
pictures of the books that went out on the shelves today http://michaelsbookshop.blogspot.co.uk/2017/02/railways-in-bookshop.html

Please note comments that may be libellous, comments that may be construed as offensive, anonymous derogatory comments about real people, comments baiting internet trolls, comments saying that an anonymous comment was made by a named real person, boring comments and spam comments, comments in CAPs will be deleted. Playground stuff like calling real people by their time stamp or surname alone, referring to groups as gangs, old duffers and so on will result in deletion. Comment that may be construed as offensive to minority groups is not allowed here either, so think before you write it, remember that the internet is a public place, that it is very difficult to be truly anonymous and that everyone who uses it leaves a trail of some sort. Also note the facility to leave anonymous comment will be turned of during periods when I am unable to monitor comment, this will not affect people commenting who are signed on to their blogger accounts. When things are particularly difficult on the commercial spam front I may turn comment moderation on for periods.
If you feel that someone has left a comment that is offensive and directed at you personally please email me (link on the sidebar) asking to have it removed, you will need to tell which post and the date and timestamp of the offending comment. Please do not reply to the offending comment as I will assume you continuing the dialogue as meaning that you want the comments left there.
